Dr Victor Ng has 20 years of experiences across technology and education fields in Hong Kong and Mainland. He held management positions in both private and public organisations, overseeing technology consultancy and project management, technology transfer and commercialization as well as vocational and professional education and training. As a pioneer in corporate academy and quality assurance advisory, he led key projects on setting up corporate academies, establishing quality assurance systems, acquiring local and international accreditations as well as developing professional certification and accreditation schemes for listed companies, statutory bodies and government departments.
He was an Associate Member of the Central Policy Unit of HKSAR Government and has served as a Court Member of the University of Hong Kong for over 10 years. He is currently serving as a Certification Board Member of the Hong Kong Institute for IT Professional Certification and the General Secretary of Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation.
He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with first-class honours. He received Master’s degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford with the British Chevening Scholarship. He received his PhD degree from the Sun Yat-sen University
